Easy health habits for the body you want

Hello, I’m Claudia Rodriguez,

I help successful women get to their health goals in easy and practical ways. Why? Because life is meant to be enjoyed…and you can enjoy life best when you feel confident, energized and motivated.

This site is for you if…

  • You want to improve your health but you feel overwhelmed and don’t know where to start—all of those contradicting articles on coconut oil, wine, chocolate and omega 3 are driving you crazy!

  • You don’t have much time and you need strategies that are fast and practical—because who can spend hours in the kitchen when you want to have a career, a social life, a partner and a clean house?

  • You’ve tried many good programs but you’re not able to sustain them for a long time

  • You want to make your health a priority but you also want to have a social life

  • You want your health improvement or weight-loose journey to stop feeling like a punishment

  • You want to know more about how your body works and how it communicates with you

My purpose is to teach you to be the best version of yourself by: fitting back into your pants, rest when you sleep, wake up in the morning easily, think clearly so you can make decisions quickly, feel energized to go out with friends and regain that confidence that make you feel like you. Just make the decision to make a change, and I’ll show you how to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle with easy strategies (that don’t trap you in the kitchen or gym for hours a week).

The truth is, I’m just a girl like you…

I was born in El Paso, TX and I went to the University of Texas at El Paso where I got my B.A. in psychology. I was 1 year away from graduation when I realized I didn’t want to go to graduate school like all my friends and classmates. They had a clear path of what they wanted to do and I just felt lost. What I really wanted was to own a business. I thought that owning my own business would give me the time freedom that I wanted. I’ve worked since I was 17 and balancing school, work and a social life was a challenge. The most important thing that my part-time job at an ice cream place taught me was to value my time more than anything in the world. I had a vision of what I wanted my life to be, but I didn’t have the knowledge, experience or money to invest in a business. What I did have were entrepreneurial parents who supported my decision. My mom had an online business in the health and wellness industry and she told me that I could be successful doing what she was doing. I just needed a small investment and willingness to learn. As I learned more and more about health, it started to become my passion. I attended every conference, every workshop and read every book I found. Eight years later, I realized I made the best decision of my life! My business became successful and I had even more desire to share my knowledge. This is why I decided to get certified as a Health and Nutrition Advisor by Sanoviv Medical Institute. Now, I teach people 1-on-1 and give workshops to hundreds of people to help them improve their health, get to their ideal weight, have more energy, improve their digestion, get clear skin and most importantly, to be able to make it a lifestyle (not just a diet).

More about me:

  • I’m bilingual—I speak both English and Spanish

  • I’ve been married for a few years to my husband Gerardo

  • I love animals! I had cats growing up and now I have 2 dogs called Beamer and Luby

  • I minored in creative writing because I wanted to be a creative non-fiction writer. I won’t be a creative non-fiction writer but I still have a book in me somewhere

  • One of my dreams is to become an international speaker

  • I’ve tried every single one of the strategies I teach

·   I’m a recovering perfectionist. I always try to remember that doing less allows me to be more productive and loving to myself and others

The only way to be kind and loving to others is to be so with myself first. Honor where I stand now and follow my heart. Open-up and let myself be vulnerable. Be in the present- this is where life happens. Tiny, consistent healthy habits will have a huge impact in my life. Stretch, drink water, pet a dog, call a friend, breathe, do something I enjoy every day.
